Ingredients:

    • baking spray with flour

    • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

    • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

    • 1/2 cup white sugar

    • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder

    • 1/2 teaspoon table salt

    • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

    • 2 large egg yolks

    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    • 1/2 cup coarsely crushed ruffled potato chips, divided

    • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped mini pretzels, divided

    • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons candy-coated milk chocolate pieces, divided, such as M&M’s®

    • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips, divided

Instructions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease a 8-inch square baking pan with baking spray and line with parchment paper, letting parchment overhang on all sides by at least 1 inch.

    2. Whisk together flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl until well combined.

    3. Add melted butter, egg yolks, and vanilla to flour mixture; whisk until combined. Fold in 1/4 cup potato chips, 1/4 cup pretzels, 1/4 cup candy-coated milk chocolate pieces, and 1/4 cup chocolate chips until evenly dispersed.

    4. Transfer dough to the prepared pan; place a sheet of plastic wrap directly on surface, and press dough into an even layer. Remove and discard plastic wrap.

    5. Top dough evenly with remaining potato chips, pretzels, candy-coated milk chocolate pieces, and chocolate chips, pressing them lightly into dough to help adhere.

    6. Bake in the preheated oven until edges are just starting to pull away from sides of pan and top is golden brown, 22 to 25 minutes. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack, about 2 hours.

    7. Using parchment paper, lift from pan and cut into 16 bars.
