Ingredients:

    • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

    • 1/2 cup sour cream

    • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

    • 1 green onion, chopped

    • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

    • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

    • 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

    • 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken

    • 3/4 cup chopped mild banana peppers, divided

    • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

    • 1/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

    2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix until evenly combined.

    3. Fold in chicken, 1/2 cup banana peppers, mozzarella cheese, and Cheddar cheese; transfer to a baking dish. Top with remaining banana peppers. 

    4. Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, for 18 minutes. Turn the broiler on Low and broil 2 minutes. 

    5. Remove from the oven and serve immediately with tortilla chips or crackers.
