Cod broils quickly in this healthy dinner recipe that's done in only 15 minutes. Sliced tomatoes on top give it a pop of color, while your favorite chopped herbs flavor the mayonnaise that tops the fish.

Ingredients:

    1. Position rack about 4 inches from heat source and preheat broiler to high. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.

    2. Stir mayonnaise, herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, ¼ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper together in a small bowl. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper on both sides of cod. Place the fish on the prepared baking sheet and spread the mayonnaise mixture over each piece. Top with tomato slices. Broil until the fish flakes easily, about 8 minutes.
